Arrangements for evening performances - 1 & 2 May 2019

All children should be dropped at their classrooms at the specified time given BY THEIR CLASS TEACHER. 

Once the show has finished ALL PARENTS will collect their children from their classroom. Parents not attending the show should be outside the external classroom doors at 6:45pm. Parents attending the show will be directed by Mr Voss once the children have left the hall. 

Everyone watching the show MUST BE SEATED AT 5:50pm. We will not be allowing any one into the hall after this time. Could be kindly request parents seek alternative arrangements for babies and toddlers so as not to distract the children performing.
